22 August 2011
The much anticipated reveal of Quinn's room. The project took on a life of its own and took us longer to finish then expected, but it was totally worth it. Without Further Ado...

What an awesome transformation!! It's amazing what a difference just painting the trim makes! The dresser hutch turned headboard.....pure genius!! I love the gutter book shelves. I did the same thing in my sewing room.....attached it to the bottom of a framed and painted piece of pegboard.
LOVE the book nook!
Awesome! love all the details!
Love how the room turned out. I am in the planning process of changing my 7 year old's room from babyish to big kid. I love seeing inspiring photos. Kids rooms can be so much fun!

Wow, what a great room for your little one. I esp. love the letters on the wall (READ and the Q). You paid attention to so many details, fantastic. Also the closet for toy storage is great. We do not have those closets in Europe ...
I just gave my daughters room a make-over as she starts school next month and is a big girl now! Almost finished ... ;) Jule
Love those rain gutter bookshelves! We did something similar (but simpler) in our little boy's room:

I loved the way you did the interiors of that room. The use of color 'red' brings on cheerfulness. Great job done.
This looks amazing!! I love the chevron with the rug. Perfect!
