I don't have a blog, but wanted to share a super-easy recipe for truffles.
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
3 c. oreo cookie crumbs (the holiday peppermint ones are good!)
Mix well and refrigerate until firm. Form into balls and dip in melted chocolate. Try not to handle too much, they start heating in your hand and stick to the fork when dipping. Place on waxed paper lined cookie sheets and refrigerate until ready to serve. Need to be stored in the refrigerator.
