The Daniels and Fisher Tower, Denver CO   --   Tarrant County Courthouse, Fort Worth, TX

Teotihuacan, Mexico-

These are my husband's sketches.

A few of you may have noticed my husbands art in these past posts pictures on our living room walls,

I love them. And I am really excited about sharing our new little project with you. We have a new website that we are launching today, it is called Your Architectural Portraits.com.  A place to get custom sketches of your home, or favorite place, place of worship or vacation spot, well pretty much what ever architectural image you love.

Here is an example of our first home together.
We have this up in our front room.   We have a lot of fond memories of this house,
and having this sketch is a sweet way to remember where we have been.

A few more examples:

This hardly even scratches the surface of what he can do.  He has been working in many mediums since high school.  But he loves to sketch the most so...

Can you guess what the giveaway is?
8 x 10 Architectural Portrait!!!!

Hi my new friend, just stoped by to see what's up. Your husbands work is great and you daughter is such a doll. I love her piggy's.

Good luck on another adoption. Have you ever thought of adopting from Equador? I have ties with an orphanage there.

I'd enter your contest, but I never win.

Its So Very Cheri January 15, 2010 at 8:38 AM

Hey girl--come over and enter my give-a-way too.

I would have to decide on what I would want drawn, since we aren't in our own house right now and sold our home. Our first house isn't the one our kiddos were ever in and the one that we loved the most and the big boys consider to be HOME our 2 little ones never lived in--hmmm, now you have me thinking.

Good Luck on your adventure.

My Dad has some pen and ink sketches in our blog its so very cheri 2--your hubs might enjoy looking at them.

For instance I don't know how to tweek or what it means to do that...also I have never ever attempted my own blog. So I can become a follower and maybe I don't qualify for this blog sketch, but maybe another one will come up I will be able to qualify for. He is a fantastic artist! If he doesn't charge an arm and a leg, maybe i could buy a drawing from him of my house. We have lived here almost 40 yrs.
