I really like seeing the remodeling, it helps give me ideas of things to do in my own house.
Oh, I pretty much love it as is. The remodeling is fascinating to me. I've always wanted to remodel a house myself. As to the recipes, I enjoy them and am planning on making that chocolate cake soon. I love trying out new recipes that are tried and true.
For me, this site is definitely about the trials and tribulations of remodeling your own home. I like that we get to see step-by-step processes, what tools you used, what paint colours you picked, along with all the bumps you found a long the way!
Yes, keep the recipes. Everyone has to cook, no matter what their hobby - and we all run out of things to make. I adore everything just as you have it!
I love it all too! Don't change a thing!!
I'm all about the remodeling posts and your creative how-tos (like the screen). I would love a series of what "not to do" or "what I learned." Keep up the great work :).
I'm a new follower, but I am all about the remodels and the projects. I really wouldn't change a thing...but since you are a remodeleholic, of course you have too.
I have been reading your blog for about a month and the things that get me really excited are the "builder basic" upgrades. Using moulding, re-drywall an awkward space, DIY vanities etc. Better cost breakdowns and where you shop would be helpful, especially where to find the best "discarded" items to be re-purposed. As for the recipes, I love them. Maybe your could post about how to keep a toddler occupied and safe while you do 'projects'? I am totally curious how people are able to accomplish so much with little ones around. Thanks for the great inspiration!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the recipes and enjoyed some carrot soup for lunch today. It freezes great, just like you said. :) Tips on drywall would be awesome since that's an art I definitely have not mastered. Anything about furniture is great too (restoring things found on the side of the road, building your own for super cheap, etc). I'd really love to see any ideas you have on making the most out of a small home. I know I need to start thinking "up" so I'm toying with the idea of having the hubby build loft beds for the 2 oldest kids so we can use the space under the beds as play/storage areas. Any ideas on how to build a cheap but sturdy and safe loft bed for a 7 year old and 4 year old? You're awesome!
Don't change it. I think it is quite awesome the way it is. Obviously the remodeling projects are fabulous and I think we all look forward to seeing those. And the recipes are delicious. The crafts are fun. Updates on Etta are a must. Leave it Cassity. Your blog is perfect.
I love the remodeling and DIY stuff. I especially love the step by step instructions. I just recently found your site but it has been a HUGE help in remodeling my own home. THANKS!
I love the DIY, especially tutorials. My husband and I are on the verge of buying our first home, and, with our budget, it will definitely be a fixer-upper. I love getting new ideas!
Great blog. Following you back.
